The App provides a service that uses camera-based pose detection and scoring to give feedback on workout form. The scores and advice displayed in the App are for reference only and do not guarantee the effectiveness or safety of exercise.

3. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited when using the App:

  • Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Modifying, decompiling, or reverse engineering the App (except where you have legitimate authority to do so)
  • Actions that interfere with App operations, unauthorized access, or causing excessive load
  • Actions that cause disadvantage or damage to other users or third parties
  • Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the operator

4. Disclaimer

  • The App and its content are provided "as is". The operator is not responsible for injuries from exercise, health impacts, device malfunctions, etc.
  • The operator is not responsible for damages incurred by users due to interruption, termination, or specification changes to the App (except to the extent permitted by law).

5. Intellectual Property

The copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App and related content belong to the operator or legitimate rights holders. Users must not copy, modify, or distribute beyond the scope necessary for use under these Terms.
