Ghost Member Buster (the "App") helps you understand gym attendance relative to membership cost. This Privacy Policy explains the location, fee, and visit-related information the App handles, where it is stored, why it is used, disclosures to third parties, and your rights.

Labels such as “Donation” are in-app metaphors to communicate fee effectiveness — not actual charitable giving or tax effects.
3. Storage location & retention
Under the current product posture, visit history, settings, and fee inputs are stored on your device (e.g., local storage). We do not operate a company server that routinely stores or browses your location or visit logs. If cloud sync or backup is added later, this Policy and in-app disclosures will be updated to list what is sent and to whom.
Data generally remains on-device until you uninstall the App or clear app storage from OS settings.
4. Location permissions (foreground / background)
Registering a gym on the map may work with “while in use” location. Automatic background geofencing may require “always” (or equivalent) per OS rules. You can change or revoke permissions anytime in OS settings; auto logging may stop, while manual check-in remains available where implemented.
5. Third-party sharing & processors
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect life, body, or property, among other legitimate grounds. We do not sell your data for marketing.
If map tiles or location SDKs are integrated, their servers may receive technical traffic. We will list those services in-app and in store data-safety disclosures and follow each provider’s policy. The exact SDK set will match the shipping build.
6. Analytics & ads
We do not intend to bundle ad SDKs that track your behavior. If anonymous crash/quality telemetry is added, we will disclose fields in this Policy and in-app settings and provide opt-out where feasible.
7. International transfers
If features stay on-device, we do not transfer your personal-related data to foreign servers. If third-party SDKs are used, data locations follow each vendor’s terms.
8. Security
We keep data inside the OS app sandbox and avoid requesting unnecessary permissions. No method is 100% secure on every device/OS combination.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing. On-device data should be removable via in-app delete (where provided) or OS app-data clearing. If we do not host your data, remote deletion by us may not apply—contact us with questions.
10. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for general adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). If a parent installs the App on a child’s device, please be mindful of location handling.
11. Policy updates
We may update this Policy as features or laws change. Material updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, in-app notices or store descriptions. Continued use means you agree to the changes.
